Who is Patrick Harlan?

Patrick Harlan started EXPRO Controls in 2022. Prior to the founding EXPRO Controls, he had spent decades as an outside sales representative. Patrick throughout that time acquired in depth knowledge on valves, instrumentation, heat trace, and leak detection. That knowledge is used every day at EXPRO Controls to help service our industrial and commercial customers.

What does he do at EXPRO Controls?

Other than being the President and Owner of EXPRO Patrick impacts EXPRO every day. Patrick creates heat trace designs that are precise and accurate, manages the sales force, and gives in depth instruction and analysis of the industries and territories we service. Additionally, he performs technical services, such as calibration and start-up services. Patrick truly is a one-man utility knife!

What are some of Patrick’s Interests?

When Patrick Harlan isn’t focused on the growth of the company, he is a doting husband and loving father to his three kids. His free time is spent listening to podcasts that grab his interest on two times speed and music that Bob Marley would love. Additionally, Patrick enjoys tinkering with anything mechanical or electrical and figuring out what makes it tik. Such examples include, vehicles, process instrumentation, and helping to building boxcars for his children’s races.
